1. Exterior Property Inspection
- Inspect roof, gutters, and drainage system condition
- Examine exterior walls, paint, siding, and foundation
- Check driveway, walkway, fencing, and landscape areas
- Test external lighting and security cameras (if installed)
2. Entry & Living Areas
- Check front and interior door locks, latches, and peepholes
- Inspect flooring, carpets, and tiles for damage or stains
- Assess windows, blinds, and screens for proper function
- Verify presence of smoke detectors and fire safety devices
3. Kitchen & Appliances
- Test functionality of stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher
- Check cabinets and countertops for structural integrity
- Inspect plumbing under sink for leaks and blockages
- Assess ventilation and hood exhaust systems
4. Bathrooms & Plumbing
- Flush toilets and check for leaks, clogs, or continuous running
- Run showers and faucets to verify water pressure and drainage
