Perform an annual in-depth review of all systems to ensure safety, compliance, and lifecycle performance.
Battery System
- Log discharge time at rated load
- Perform IR scan of battery surface and terminal block
- Check for acid corrosion, cracks, and label wear
Hydraulic System
- Full lift & tilt test under maximum load
- Torque mast mounts and inspect guide roller tracks
- Replace filter and flush hydraulic fluid if dirty
Drive & Control System
- Inspect motor sound under reverse climb test
- Check SAS function by simulated tilt/steer override
- Inspect potentiometer sweep on accelerator
Tires & Undercarriage
- Check tire wear depth and hub bearing resistance
- Measure alignment of all wheel centers to mast center
- Replace damaged valve stems and torque wheels
Frame & Structure
- Inspect counterweight, backrest welds, and platform integrity
- Check load plate and capacity data legibility
- Examine underbody for rust, oil, or coolant leaks
Operator Safety & Electronics
- Seat sensor, buzzer, horn, and strobe working properly
- Digital alert and LCD screen test, including diagnostics scroll
- Download maintenance logs and fault history
Documentation & Compliance
- Confirm extinguisher tag, decals, and warning symbols
- Export checklist to PDF and submit to CMMS system
- Signature logged for tech and supervisor
