- Torque test wheel nuts or log torque wrench value
Hydraulics & Mast
- Cycle mast to full extension and full tilt both ways
- Inspect chain condition and measure deflection
- Lubricate all fittings per service chart
Control Diagnostics
- Scan for dashboard alerts and clear inactive codes
- Test SAS system interlocks and overrides
- Log shift register and operator use trends
Operator Feedback
- Note handling changes, vibration, or odd sounds
- Confirm cab cleanliness and mirror adjustment
