Battery & Power Monitoring
- Log pre-shift and post-shift voltage
- Inspect terminals for corrosion and cable tension
- Record electrolyte refill status and charger behavior
- Check for BMS fault indicators
Hydraulic & Mast Components
- Inspect for leakage at tilt and lift cylinders
- Grease mast rails, roller tracks, and fork pins
- Log lift drift time at full height (no load)
SAS & Control Logic
- Verify SAS alert lamp on ignition and shutdown
- Test tilt restrict override under simulated load
- Scan for active fault codes on dashboard (if digital)
Frame & Tires
- Inspect frame welds and counterweight for damage
- Log tire wear percentage and sidewall integrity
