Battery & Electrical
- Record voltage under load and post-charge
- Inspect cable condition, connectors, and charger input
- Log number of charge cycles and electrolyte levels
Hydraulic System
- Check cylinder rod wear and stroke limit positions
- Inspect hoses for abrasion, bulges, and leakage
- Top off fluid, clean reservoir breather, and replace return filter
Structure & Frame
- Check mast channels, forks, and weld joints
- Torque test frame bolts and inspect counterweight mount
- Inspect paint wear, corrosion spots, and label visibility
Operator Controls
- Test display functions, horn, lights, alarms, and safety interlock
- Cycle hydraulic levers for resistance and full range

Drive & Braking
