Battery System & Charging Review
- Verify battery charge above 20% before use
- Record battery voltage: must exceed 36V (if 36V model)
- Inspect cables for chafing and terminal torque
- Log water level visual in all battery cells (electrolyte)
- Record daily battery cycle count in digital system
Operational Safety Features
- Check emergency stop button cuts motor power completely
- Test Operator Presence System: should disable hydraulic controls when seat unoccupied
- Validate brake pedal override deactivates traction
- Check audible and visual warnings for backup motion
Forks and Lift Integrity
- Confirm fork thickness loss < 10%
- Measure parallelism between forks within 5mm tolerance
- Cycle lift to max height and confirm mast stability
- Lubricate carriage rollers and test free movement
Predictive Monitoring
- Compare hour meter data against planned PM intervals
- Log tilt drift and hydraulic reaction lag if present
- Check operator-reported anomalies in SAS behavior
- Capture any load instability during directional change
Recordkeeping and Defect Reporting
- Complete full operator pre-use checklist form
- Submit alerts for immediate repair via Oxmaint APP
- Log defect category: A (critical), B (moderate), C (cosmetic)
- Ensure previous day defects were resolved and signed off
