- Replace engine oil and oil filter.
- Flush and refill hydraulic, brake, coolant, and transmission fluids.

- Replace worn or brittle hoses.
Electrical & Safety Features
- Test all lights, horn, backup alarm, and indicators.
- Inspect battery condition, terminals, cables, and tray.
- Check battery voltage drop during start.
- Verify alternator output and belt condition.
- Inspect wiring harnesses for wear, cracking, or loose connections.
- Test ignition switch and key removal lock function.
Cab & Safety Equipment
- Inspect overhead guard, mirrors, and seat structure.
- Check seatbelt condition, retraction, and locking mechanism.
- Verify fire extinguisher charge and mounting.
- Check data plate and all safety labels for legibility.
- Clean controls and verify full motion on levers and pedals.
