Conduct detailed weekly inspections of your Toyota 8FD45 forklift to maximize safety, performance, and reliability.
Tyres and Wheels
- Check tyre pressure and adjust to specification.
- Inspect tread depth and wear consistency.
- Look for cracks, punctures, and bulges.
- Check rims for bends, rust, or weld cracks.
- Tighten all lug nuts and inspect valve stems.
Fluids and Filters
- Check engine oil level and top up if necessary.
