- Conduct complete battery capacity and load test.
- Inspect and clean battery terminals and cables thoroughly.

- Replace hydraulic fluid and clean the system.
- Inspect and replace hydraulic hoses and fittings.
- Perform hydraulic system pressure test.

- Perform detailed inspection and NDT of forks and mast.
- Check and replace worn mast chains and rollers.
- Verify proper alignment and operation of mast.
- Lubricate and inspect mast pivot points.
Brake & Steering Systems
- Inspect and replace worn brake components.
- Flush and replace brake fluid.
- Check and service steering system thoroughly.
- Inspect steering linkage and replace worn parts.
Electrical & Control Systems
- Conduct full inspection of electrical wiring and connections.
- Test and calibrate control system electronics.
- Inspect and replace damaged switches and sensors.
- Check operation of safety interlocks and emergency stops.
Tyres & Wheels
- Replace worn tyres and inspect wheel integrity.
- Check and replace damaged rims and bearings.
- Balance and align wheels for proper operation.
- Inspect and lubricate wheel bearings.
Safety & Operator Compartment
- Inspect and replace damaged seat belts and restraints.
- Check integrity of overhead guard and operator compartment.
- Replace damaged mirrors and visibility aids.
- Ensure safety decals and warning labels are readable and intact.
