- Log fluid levels and replace if degraded
4. Engine, Fuel & Cooling
- Verify oil quality and refill to spec level
- Inspect coolant level, color, and overflow operation
- Inspect fuel system (filter, pump, lines)
- Test startup behavior under partial load
- Listen for exhaust irregularities or vibrations
5. Brake & Control Safety
- Test service and parking brake effectiveness
- Inspect pad thickness and emergency system engagement
- Verify horn, lights, backup alarm
- Check visibility of safety decals and capacity labels
- Ensure seat belt, overhead guard, and fire extinguisher are functional
6. Weekly Operational Test
- Perform full lift and tilt cycle with simulated load
- Check operator display and warning lights during cycle
- Inspect drive motor for abnormal noise or delay
- Test forward/reverse transition smoothness
- Capture load handling data and note deviations
