- Inspect load capacity plate and safety decals
- Verify emergency stop and brake engagement under load
Operational Documentation
- Log all inspection results in checklist system
- Report abnormal findings to the supervisor
- Attach photos of critical issues (if applicable)
- Update weekly trends in fleet management system
