- Perform full engine diagnostics including compression test, injector check, and oil/coolant integrity.
- Replace filters, flush systems, and inspect turbocharger and exhaust for wear or leaks.
Hydraulic System Evaluation
- Inspect cylinders, hoses, tanks, and filters. Rebuild or replace if degraded.
- Test mast lift, tilt, and side-shift under load. Verify pressure and leak status.
Brake & Transmission Inspection
- Flush brake fluid, replace pads/rotors if worn, inspect lines and parking brake system.
- Test transmission under load, inspect for leaks, unusual vibrations, or poor shifts.
Structural & Safety System Checks
- Inspect frame, forks, backrest, overhead guard, and welds for fatigue or corrosion.
- Verify seat belt condition, backup alarm, fire extinguisher, and lighting systems.
Electrical & Battery Diagnostics
- Load test battery, inspect terminals and charge system, verify fuses and relays.
- Confirm dashboard indicators, gauges, and ignition system functionality.
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete yearly checklist logs with technician notes and digital records.
- Submit OSHA 1910.178(q)(7) yearly inspection documentation and update asset registry.
