- Test all lift and tilt operations under moderate load.
4. Brake & Steering System
- Test parking and service brakes under full operational conditions.
- Check brake fluid levels and inspect for leaks or air bubbles.
- Inspect pedal resistance and verify brake warning systems.
- Check steering for play, noise, or hydraulic lag.
5. Safety & Warning Systems
- Inspect horn, seatbelt, overhead guard, and fire extinguisher presence.
- Verify warning decals are visible and readable.
- Test lights, indicators, and reverse alarm for function.
- Ensure emergency stop switches are operational.
6. Final Sign-Off & Digital Report
- Complete digital checklist using Oxmaint platform or app.
- Note any defects and assign corrective maintenance tasks.
- Record inspector name, date, and submit to supervisor.
- Archive PDF report for OSHA and safety compliance.
