- Check brake pad wear, service and parking brake operation.
- Inspect fluid condition and verify steering responsiveness.
Safety Components
- Test horn, lights, backup alarm, and seat belt condition.
- Ensure fire extinguisher is charged and accessible.
- Check overhead guard, safety labels, and load plate readability.
Documentation & Reporting
- Log findings in the monthly inspection form.
- Notify supervisor of any repair requirements.
- Attach maintenance notes and technician signature.
