Battery & Electrical System Overhaul
- Perform full battery load testing and capacity analysis
- Inspect, clean, and torque all electrical connections
- Test battery charger calibration and system protection devices
- Document battery performance and service life estimation
Hydraulic System Service
- Drain and replace hydraulic fluid, flush system completely
- Replace all hydraulic filters and inspect for contamination
- Perform full hydraulic pressure tests and calibrate systems
- Inspect all hoses, seals, and fittings; replace as necessary
Structural Integrity Inspection
- Inspect entire frame, forks, mast, and overhead guard for cracks and corrosion
