- Perform full battery capacity testing and analyze charge cycles.
- Test electrical systems including wiring, controls, and charging functions.
- Inspect all battery connections for corrosion or damage.
- Document battery performance trends and plan replacements if needed.
Hydraulic System Testing & Optimization
- Check hydraulic fluid levels, filter condition, and contamination status.
- Perform hydraulic pressure tests and lifting performance checks.
- Inspect all hydraulic lines, fittings, and seals for leaks or wear.
- Document system performance and schedule any necessary servicing.
Structural Integrity & Safety Assessment
- Conduct frame and mast inspections for cracks, deformations, or fatigue.
- Check the condition and alignment of forks, pins, and lifting mechanisms.
- Test brakes, steering, and all safety-related systems for compliance.
- Ensure proper function of seatbelts, alarms, and safety interlocks.
Performance Trend Analysis & Planning
- Analyze performance metrics for operational efficiency and wear trends.
- Identify patterns in energy consumption and maintenance frequency.
- Develop preventive maintenance plans based on operational trends.
- Schedule required repairs, upgrades, or additional inspections as needed.
