1. Entry Preparation
- Knock and announce housekeeping before entering
- Wear appropriate PPE and carry designated cleaning kit
- Open windows or adjust ventilation as needed
- Switch on lights and inspect room layout briefly
2. Trash & Linen Removal
- Empty all waste bins and replace liners
- Remove used bed linen, towels, and bathmats
- Check closets, drawers, and behind furniture for guest items
- Sort soiled linen for laundry dispatch
3. Surface & Fixture Cleaning
- Dust all surfaces including shelves, desks, and headboards
- Disinfect high-touch points like doorknobs, switches, and remotes
- Clean mirrors, glass, and wall-mounted items with streak-free agents
- Sanitize furniture surfaces and telephones
4. Bathroom Cleaning
- Scrub toilet bowls, sinks, and tubs using disinfectant cleaner
