Full System Inspection & Documentation
- Inspect entire chiller structure, supports, piping, and insulation
- Review and document yearly operating hours, service records, and trends
- Verify compliance with manufacturer service guidelines
- Document lifecycle assessments and plan future upgrades
Solution Chemistry & Circulation Overhaul
- Drain, flush, and replace lithium bromide solution with fresh charge
- Test solution purity and corrosion inhibitor concentration
- Overhaul solution pumps and heat exchangers
- Upgrade solution monitoring systems if needed
Heat Exchanger & Generator Overhaul
- Clean and inspect generator tubes and heat exchangers
