- Run full VSD diagnostics and calibration tests
- Review VSD performance logs and efficiency trends
- Clean VSD fans, filters, and heat sinks
- Perform power quality analysis (harmonics, voltage, power factor)
- Verify speed sensors, encoders, and update firmware if required
Compressor & Refrigerant System
- Check screw compressor for wear, abnormal sounds, and oil condition
