- Check power factor and harmonic distortion within limits
Compressor & Refrigerant System
- Inspect screw compressor for abnormal noise or vibration
- Verify oil levels and proper operation of oil return systems
- Monitor refrigerant pressure, superheat, and subcooling levels
- Check refrigerant sight glass and leak indicators
Electrical System Check
- Measure voltage and current; verify against specifications
- Inspect connections and VSD control panel functionality
- Test overload protection and starter devices
Water System & Heat Exchangers
- Ensure proper chilled and condenser water flows and pressures
- Check approach temperatures for heat exchanger efficiency
