1. General Visual Inspection

- Look for any refrigerant, oil, or water leaks around the unit.
- Verify safety interlocks and devices are in normal status.
2. Compressor & Oil System Check
- Verify oil level and ensure oil color is within acceptable range.
- Listen for abnormal noise or vibration during compressor operation.
- Log oil temperature and pressure readings from the control panel.
3. Refrigerant Circuit Inspection
- Record refrigerant suction and discharge pressures.
- Inspect refrigerant piping for frost, leaks, or corrosion.
- Ensure refrigerant flow sensors and valves are functioning correctly.
4. Electrical System Check
- Inspect control panel for alarms, faults, or abnormal indicators.
- Check electrical connections for signs of wear or overheating.
- Verify proper operation of circuit breakers and protective devices.
5. Performance Monitoring
- Monitor chilled water inlet and outlet temperatures.
- Compare key operational parameters against daily targets or trends.
- Complete and submit daily performance report in CMMS or logbook.
