1. Compressor Inspection & Overhaul
- Schedule a full compressor teardown for internal inspection.
- Replace gaskets, seals, and worn parts as per OEM guidelines.
- Verify shaft alignment and lubrication system integrity.
2. Refrigerant System Diagnostics
- Perform refrigerant quality analysis (moisture, acid, composition).
- Recover and weigh charge; replenish or recycle refrigerant if needed.
- Pressure test the entire circuit for integrity and safety.
3. Electrical System Testing
- Perform megohmmeter tests on motor windings for insulation resistance.
- Inspect and torque all electrical connections per manufacturer torque specs.
- Calibrate protective relays, sensors, and breaker settings.
4. Heat Exchanger & Water Circuit Cleaning
- Conduct mechanical or chemical cleaning of condenser and evaporator tubes.
- Inspect and replace gaskets and flange seals as needed.
- Test and recalibrate flow sensors, temperature probes, and pressure gauges.
5. Final Performance Validation
- Conduct full-load performance validation under operational conditions.
- Record power draw, temperature differentials, and COP/EER.
- Complete maintenance log and generate compliance report.
