- Verify operation of refrigerant isolation valves and pressure relief devices.
3. Electrical & Control Systems Review
- Verify all operating parameters displayed on the control panel.
- Inspect main electrical connections and tighten terminals if necessary.
- Check for active system alarms or warning codes and resolve as needed.
4. Heat Exchanger & Water System Check
- Inspect condenser and evaporator water lines for blockages or leaks.
- Monitor water flow rates and pressure drops across the heat exchangers.
- Ensure proper function of all flow switches and temperature sensors.
5. System Performance & Reporting
- Review overall chiller performance compared to baseline operation values.
- Document readings and findings in the maintenance log or CMMS platform.
- Report and schedule any needed repairs or adjustments.
