- Lubricate mast moving parts as needed
Safety Systems Verification
- Test seat belt, horn, lights, and alarms for proper operation
- Inspect brakes and steering response under load
- Verify backup alarm and emergency stop system functionality
- Check fire extinguisher for presence and charge status
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete daily inspection log and sign off
- Record any defects and report them immediately
- Track operating hours and upcoming maintenance tasks
- Ensure OSHA daily inspection requirements are met
